Our investigations involve all matter relating to a ship and her cargo ranging, for example, from wet damage to cartons in a single container to the total loss of a ship.  Whether operating at the site of a casualty, or providing opinions from documents, we are normally required to determine the nature, cause and extent of damage and advise concerning the reduction of losses.

We conduct our investigations and report objectively.  A high priority is accurate, rapid and relevant reporting in a clear and concise manner.  In the few matters where expertise outside our capability is required, our experience with a wide range of casualties enables us to suggest and, if required, liaise with co-ordinate suitable specilist consultants.
