Brookes Bellstarted as marine surveyors in the port of Liverpool in 1903 and have grown to become a comprehensive marine surveying and consultancy company, known and respected throughout the shipping world.
In the early days Percy Brookes and Bobby Bell practiced as naval architects, consulting engineers, marine and cargo surveyors from the Mersey Railway Buildings on James Street in Liverpool where the company stayed until moving to Tower Building, Water Street in 1950.  Since then the Liverpool office has grown and moved several times.  The fast growing London offices of Brookes Bell started in the early 1980's.
Brookes Bell have expanded and brought in new disciplines but a reputation for confidentiality, intergrity, reliability and professional expertise has been sustained.
