Marine, Scientific and Technical Consultants and Surveyors, Brookes Bell are pleased to announce the appointment of six new Partners, bringing the number of Partners at their Liverpool and London offices to 21 as of May 2008.  Charles Bevis, Paul Cavagan, Neil Griffiths and Nigel Thompson are promoted from within the Partnership, whilst Brian Boorman and Brendan Cuffe join from Boorman Cuffe & Partners Ltd.  Brookes Bell's Managing Partner, Ray Luukas, said: "I am delighted to see our Associates promoted, as well as welcoming two established and well-respected Marine Engineers, Brian and Brendan, to our Tower Bridge office.  The appointment of these new Partners, together with the recruitment already this year of Alistair Roaf (Master Mariner), Chris Gascoigne (Marine Engineer) and Andy Worrall (Naval Architect), shows our commitment to succession and growth."
