Caspar brings 25+ years of international maritime experience across sailing, ship operations, ship management and commercial roles in the shipping and energy sectors.

He has held senior operational roles at international tanker operators such as Team Tankers and Stolt, leading sizeable teams and managing fleets, while driving performance and cost control.

Most recently at Veson Nautical, he worked as Principal Product Manager (Milbros), supporting regulatory and technical client queries and representing the company at International Maritime committees (IMO), as well as at the National Chemical Transportation Safety Advisory Committee (NCTSAC-USCG).

Casper joined Brookes Bell in 2026, bringing significant Chemical and Product tanker experience to the team in the US.
