Brookes Bell expands SCR team

Brookes Bell is pleased to welcome Michael Riddell and William Leschaeve to the team.  Michael (Senior Master Mariner - Singapore office) and William (Senior Naval Architect - London office) will expand the existing SCR team both in numbers and global presence allowing Brookes Bell to assist clients in all aspects of salvage related projects.
