Brookes Bell Moves to New Liverpool Waterfront Office at Princes Dock

Brookes Bell is pleased to announce the relocation of its Liverpool office to a new, modern waterfront workspace at Princes Dock, within the wider Liverpool Waters development.

The move marks an important milestone for the company and reflects a period of sustained growth, as well as continued investment in its people, facilities and long-term future in Liverpool. Brookes Bell will occupy a 5,500 sq ft space on the top floor of No.10 Princes Dock, which has recently undergone a full refurbishment.

Designed to support a more collaborative and flexible way of working, the new office provides an environment that better reflects how Brookes Bell operates today and its ambitions for the future. The move also reinforces the company’s longstanding connection to Liverpool’s maritime sector, placing its team at the heart of a growing hub for international marine, insurance and professional services businesses.

Brookes Bell will join a number of established organisations already based at Princes Dock, including CMA CGM, Global Ports Holding and Griffiths and Armour, as the area continues to develop as a key destination for maritime and international business. With more than 120 years of maritime heritage, Liverpool remains central to Brookes Bell’s global operations.

Andrew Yarwood, Business Director at Brookes Bell, said:

This move is an exciting step forward for Brookes Bell and reflects both our growth and our long-standing connection to Liverpool. Princes Dock offers a strong maritime environment and a modern space that supports how our teams work today. We are proud to remain in a city that has played such an important role in our history, and we look forward to continuing to contribute to its maritime community as we grow.
