Rajeev Tiwari is a chartered engineer with a First Class Certificate of Competency Motor and a BEng Mechanical Engineering degree, First Class. Rajeev joined Brookes Bell in 2023.
Background
Before becoming a marine surveyor, Rajeev Tiwari was working as Vessel Manager with BWEK Singapore for one year handling Ethylene/ LPG carriers and previously was at sea over an 18-year period, serving predominantly on LNG tankers in all ranks up to and including chief engineer with Maersk, Shell and MOL. Rajeev has also sailed on the world’s largest LNG carriers Q-Max vessels with Shell. Between 2022-2023, he also carried out superintendency duties, including dockings and sale/purchase inspections. He has vast experience working on the latest technology WARTSILA XDF gas burning engines and DFDE propulsion LNG vessels.
